Consultancy on Core Insurance Software Solution and IT Infrastructure

MAKE Enterprise has signed an ICT Consultancy contract with Lucy Insurance Share Company with the objective of

• Determination of the state of ICT Governance within Lucy Insurance;
• Determination if and how Lucy Insurance is realizing its greatest optimization of the system and how this can be enhanced;
• Definition of the overall ICT architecture for Lucy Insurance;
• Development of a practical, implementable, and highly sustainable ICT Governance and Operational Framework for the Lucy Insurance;
• Develop an Operations Manual and Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) to streamline the interaction and decision-making processes between the Centre, branch, and ICT offices.
• Develop ICT Policies that will provide guidance to the company around critical issues related to the sustainability of the ICT systems and continued operations. The policies will also provide guidance based on lessons learned and the need to improve how ICT support systems are designed and implemented within the company.
